Arbitration Assistant | Full-Time
DAA Northwest is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Arbitration Assistant. The purpose of this position is to support the efficiency of the Arbitration Department by providing a high level of service to internal and external customers. Duties of this position include contacting service facilities to arrange repair work, assist with tracking vehicles and arranging transport, processing invoices for claims, rejects, price adjusts, inherited vehicles, and re-consignments, along with other duties as assigned. Exceptional customer service skills both in person and on the phone are essential, along with the ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor while working in a very fast paced office. The ideal candidate will have at least one year’s experience in an office setting with skills including personal computer, Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook), 10-key, and interpersonal skills. A background, credit check, and MVR will be run for this position.

Vehicle Processing Specialist – 1 | Full-Time | Multiple Positions Available
Our Vehicle Processing Specialists are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers, properly checking vehicles in and out of the auction, the accurate and timely recording of vehicles, efficiently and safely moving of vehicles as well as providing building and lot security. Successful candidates will possess basic PC skills, the ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills. A valid driver’s license is required and three-year driving abstract will be required for this position. Variable scheduling. This department operates 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Those who apply must be flexible and be available to work weekends.

Vehicle Processing Specialist – 2 | Full-Time | Multiple Positions Available
Our Vehicle Processing Specialists II are responsible for accurately depicting the condition of dealer consignment by noting broken or missing components, cosmetic damages, vehicle options, a vehicle condition grade, marking the vehicle eligible for an Autograde and tire sizing/tread depth. Successful candidates will possess basic PC skills, the ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills. Previous experience estimating auto body damage or performing mechanical diagnostics is strongly preferred. A valid driver’s license is required and three-year driving abstract will be required for this position. Variable scheduling. This department operates 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Those who apply must be flexible and be available to work weekends.

Chip Repair Technician | Full-Time | West Plains Location
This position is responsible for completing all aspects of auto finish correction, and/or restoration of damaged existing auto paint and all necessary preparation of vehicles in order to paint, sand, mask, buff, etc. Successful candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, a history of excellent work attendance and a demonstrated attention to detail. 1–2 years’ experience in an auto body shop or at a chip repair company is preferred. For the right candidate, most training for this position could be obtained “on the job” over the course of two to six months.

Paint/Body Buffer | Full-Time | West Plains Location
Responsibilities of the Paint & Body Buffer include sanding and polishing vehicles, some removal and installation of decals and striping, along with other duties assigned or requested to ensure a top level of productivity at all times while maintaining a high standard of quality. A minimum of six months of experience working with “fresh” auto body paint is preferred, but not required. Performing the duties of this job may be strenuous and requires walking, sitting, standing, crouching, kneeling, and bending on a daily basis and frequently, for extended periods of time. A valid driver’s license is required and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.


Sale Day Drivers | Sale Day Only | Multiple Positions Available
This position is responsible for safely operating vehicles in support of Sale Day events. This includes driving assigned vehicles through the auction lanes as well as moving and parking vehicles on auction property. Although the driving distance isn’t long, the hazards of driving in close proximity to people and other vehicles requires focus and the ability to follow safety rules. A valid driver’s license and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position. Schedule is every Thursday, and one Wednesday per month.
