We are currently hiring for the following positions:

FULL-TIME POSITIONS

Vehicle Processing Specialist 1 | Full-Time
Our Vehicle Processing Specialists I are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers, properly checking vehicles in and out of the auction, the accurate and timely recording of vehicles, efficiently and safely moving of vehicles as well as providing building and lot security. Successful candidates will possess basic PC skills, the ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills. A valid driver’s license is required and three-year driving abstract will be required for this position. This department operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Those who apply must be flexible and be available to work weekends.

Maintenance Tech | Full-Time
The position is responsible for ensuring the DAA campus is maintained to the highest standards and that all building systems are operating as efficiently as possible in order to be inviting to all employees and customers. This includes performing preventative maintenance on all company equipment, conducting routine inspections of all building premises and equipment, daily inspection and maintenance of DAA’s car wash, lawn maintenance and care as well as the removal of snow and ice during winter months as necessary. Successful candidates must have the ability to work independently and multi-task efficiently. Six months to 1 year of previous facilities maintenance experience is preferred. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. A three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Detail Photo Taker| Full-Time | DAY SHIFT POSITION
Our Detail Photographer is responsible for taking quality photos of vehicles that come through the Detail Shop, ensuring that camera equipment is taken care of properly. Successful candidates must have demonstrated attention to detail and quality. Must be able to work as part of a team in an assembly line environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. A three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Body Shop Detailer | Full-Time | South Hill Location
This is an entry-level position in the body and paint shop requiring the employee to sand and buff vehicles according to standard operating procedure for the purpose of removing imperfections in the paint finish. In addition, the position is responsible for detailing retail vehicles after approved repairs are complete, prior to delivery. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. A three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

PART-TIME POSITIONS

Sale Day Drivers | Sale Day Only | Multiple Positions Available
This position is responsible for safely operating vehicles in support of Sale Day events. This includes driving assigned vehicles through the auction lanes as well as moving and parking vehicles on auction property. Although the driving distance isn’t long, the hazards of driving in close proximity to people and other vehicles requires focus and the ability to follow safety rules. A valid driver’s license and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position. Schedule is every Thursday, and one Wednesday per month.
