CR Lot Support| Full-Time
This position supports the CR Writers by moving vehicles, controlling the flow of vehicles between Departments, and locating vehicles on the lot that were missed in the CR process. Responsible for observing DAA safety policies and interacting tactfully and positively with customers, employees, and management. A valid driver’s license with minimal infractions is required.
Detail Specialist | Full-Time
DAA Northwest has openings for responsible, hardworking individuals, for the position of Detail Specialist. The successful candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, a history of excellent work attendance, and the ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work as part of a team in an assembly line environment. A three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.
Journeyman Mechanic | Full-Time
Under minimal supervision, provide a diagnosis of vehicles, and perform moderate to complex repairs on a variety of makes/models of vehicles. Accurately perform moderate to complex engine repair on vehicles, performs medium to complex engine repair on anti-lock brakes, airbags, electrical, air conditioning, vacuum and hydraulic systems, drivelines etc. Independently utilizes a computer, scanner, lab scope and all other types of equipment to perform diagnostic work on mechanical and electrical systems. Troubleshoot issues and determine the appropriate course of action. Perform safety inspections completely and accurately according to established safety inspection checklist. ASE Certification, mechanical aptitude, and own tools are required, along with a valid clean driving record. A three-year driving abstract will be run for this position.
Auto Body Repair Technician | Full-Time
This position is responsible for the repair of assigned vehicles including inspecting damaged vehicles, reviewing estimates, developing a repair plan for each vehicle, and completing all necessary repairs. A minimum of 2 years’ experience with demonstrated quality workmanship is required. Also, you must provide your own tools. Other duties may be assigned or requested to ensure a high level of productivity at all times. A valid driver’s license is required.

401(k) Retirement Plan
All employees age 18 years and older are eligible to participate after one year and 1,000 hours of employment. Employees are allowed to contribute from 1 to 100% gross salary. DAA will match dollar for dollar up to 4%.
