We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Sale Day Drivers | Part-Time
This position is responsible for safely operating vehicles in support of Sale Day events. This includes driving assigned vehicles through the auction lanes as well as moving and parking vehicles on auction property. Although the driving distance isn’t long, the hazards of driving in close proximity to people and other vehicles requires focus and the ability to follow safety rules. A valid driver’s license and a three year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Entry Level Mechanic | Full-Time
This position is responsible for performing basic services on a variety of makes and models under the supervision of the Assistant Manager. On the job training will be provided and more complex jobs will be issued as training progresses. This position will also perform safety inspections completely and accurately according to established safety inspection checklist. Successful candidates must have a history of excellent work attendance, a demonstrated attention to detail and a minimum of 6 months experience working in a lube or tire shop is preferred. Mechanical aptitude and your own tools are required, along with valid driver’s license and a clean three year driving abstract.

Journeyman Auto Body Repair Technician | Full-Time | South Hill & West Plains Locations
This position is responsible for the repair of assigned vehicles including: inspecting damaged vehicles, reviewing estimates, developing a repair plan for each vehicle, and completing all necessary repairs. A minimum of 2 years’ experience with demonstrated quality workmanship is required. Also you must provide your own tools. Other duties may be assigned or requested to ensure a high level of productivity at all times. A valid driver’s license is required and a three year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Chip Repair Technician | Full-Time | West Plains Location
This position is responsible for completing all aspects of auto finish correction, and/or restoration of damaged existing auto paint and all necessary preparation of vehicles in order to paint, sand, mask, buff, etc. Successful candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, a history of excellent work attendance and a demonstrated attention to detail. 1 – 2 years’ experience in an auto body shop or at a chip repair company is preferred. For the right candidate, most training for this position could be obtained “on the job” over the course of two to six months.
