Car Transport Drivers
We are currently looking for drivers to fulfill positions for long-haul car transport from West Coast to East Coast. Drivers will have a new 2018 model Western Star Sleeper truck, with Boydstun new configuration 9-10 car headracks and trailers. All trucks are loaded with state-of-the-art equipment, Detroit power, 13 speeds, and are 103” tall.

• Detroit & East Coast Lanes
• .50 cents per mile
• Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, life, LTD, and 401k + match
• Paid vacation, sick, and holidays

Requirements:
• 2 years of car hauling experience

Established Team Drivers
We are currently looking for team drivers to fulfill positions for long-haul car transport from West Coast to East Coast. Drivers will have a new 2018 model Western Star Sleeper truck, with Boydstun new configuration 9-10 car headracks and trailers. All trucks are loaded with state-of-the-art equipment, Detroit power, 13 speeds, and are 103” tall.

• Average 5200 miles per week
• .60 cents per mile (split)
• Signing bonus paid after 90 days
• Recruiting bonus (once drivers are hired)

Fleet/Lease Admin & Title Clerk | Full-Time
This position will be responsible for supporting Fleet Lease Operations with clerical duties and title processing. Successful candidates will have demonstrated excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities is a must, as is strong clerical skills including personal computer, Microsoft products (Word for Windows, Excel, Outlook) 10-key, along with the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A minimum of one year of work in an office environment is a requirement.

Journeyman Mechanic | Full-Time
Under minimal supervision, provide a diagnosis on vehicles, and perform moderate to complex repairs on a variety of makes/models of vehicles. Accurately perform moderate to complex engine repair on vehicles, performs medium to complex engine repair on anti-lock brakes, airbags, electrical, air conditioning, vacuum and hydraulic systems, drivelines etc. Independently utilizes a computer, scanner, lab scope and all other types of equipment to perform diagnostic work on mechanical and electrical systems. Troubleshoot issues and determine the appropriate course of action. Perform safety inspections completely and accurately according to established safety inspection checklist. ASE Certification, mechanical aptitude, and own tools are required, along with a valid clean driving record. A three-year driving abstract will be run for this position.

Body Shop Helper | Full-Time
DAA is currently recruiting for the position of Body Shop Helper. Duties will include removal of accessories, such as brush guards, aftermarket equipment, and other vehicle add-ons, installation of bed liners, hubcaps, rail caps, decals, etc. This position will also be responsible for minor vehicle repairs along with cleaning and checking vehicles prior to delivery. A valid, clean driving record is required to shuttle customer’s vehicles to sublet vendors and other departments. General Shop cleanup and maintenance, as well as other duties, may be assigned. Some previous shop experience is helpful, but not required.

Paint/Prep | Full-Time
The Paint/Prep position is responsible for all necessary preparation of vehicles for painting. Some removal and installation of moldings, handles, factory decals, etc. will be required in this position, along with determining a plan in preparation for the paint process including; masking, sanding, buffing, etc. Performs other duties as assigned or requested to ensure a top level of productivity at all times. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in automobile paint prep and a successful work record with demonstrated excellent quality workmanship. A valid driver’s license is required.

Painter | Full-Time
We are currently recruiting candidates who have a minimum of two years’ experience and a successful work record, including demonstrated excellent quality of workmanship. May performs other duties as assigned or requested to ensure a top level of productivity at all times. A valid driver’s license is required.

Paint & Body Buffer | Full-Time
Responsibilities of the Paint & Body Buffer include sanding and polishing vehicles, some removal and installation of decals and striping, along with other duties assigned or requested to ensure a top level of productivity at all times while maintaining a high standard of quality. A minimum of six months experience working with “fresh” auto body paint is preferred, but not required. Performing the duties of this job may be strenuous and requires walking, sitting, standing, crouching, kneeling, and bending on a daily basis and frequently, for extended periods of time. A valid driver’s license is required.

Auto Body Repair Technician | Full-Time
This position is responsible for the repair of assigned vehicles including inspecting damaged vehicles, reviewing estimates, developing a repair plan for each vehicle, and completing all necessary repairs. A minimum of 2 years’ experience with demonstrated quality workmanship is required. Also, you must provide your own tools. Other duties may be assigned or requested to ensure a high level of productivity at all times. A valid driver’s license is required.
