Vehicle Processing Specialist | Full-Time
Our Vehicle Processing Specialists are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers, properly checking vehicles in and out of the auction, the accurate and timely recording of vehicles, efficiently and safely moving of vehicles as well as providing building and lot security. Successful candidates will possess basic PC skills, the ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills. A valid driver’s license is and three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.
Sales Representative | Full-Time
Our Sales Reps are responsible for maintaining productive, professional relationships with an assigned customer base. One to two years demonstrated successful customer-focused sales experience is preferred. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to, identifying and calling on prospective customers, cross-selling other DAA services and assisting with sale day activities. The ability to multitask is a must in this position along with excellent interpersonal, organizational, computer (MS Office), and customer relationship skills. A valid driver’s license is required and three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.
Office Clerk – Coyner’s Mechanical | Full-Time
This position supports the efficiency of Coyner’s mechanical shop by working with vendors, accurately bill out invoices, greet walk-in traffic, complete estimates, process payments for accounts payable, and order and receive parts for the mechanics as requested. Although this role is based out of Coyner’s shop, the selected candidate will be a DAA employee and report to Len Roll. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent as well as excellent office skills including personal computer, Microsoft products (Word for Windows, Excel, Outlook), 10-key and the ability to operate other office equipment. Demonstrated organizational and customer service skills are also required. Experience working in the automotive field (such as a counter person) and with QuickBooks is preferred. A valid driver’s license and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.
Automotive Painter & Prep Tech | Full-Time | West Plains Location
This position is responsible for the preparation and paint process of vehicles, including masking, sanding, buffing, mixing paint and utilizing a sprayer. Successful candidates will have a minimum of two years’ experience and a successful work record, including demonstrated excellent quality of workmanship. May perform other duties as assigned or requested to ensure a top level of productivity at all times. A valid driver’s license and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.
Experienced Facilities Maintenance Tech | Full-Time
The position is responsible for ensuring the DAA campus is maintained to the highest standards and that all building systems are operating as efficiently as possible in order to be inviting to all employees and customers. This includes electrical, mechanical, building and ground maintenance and maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule. The Facilities Maintenance Tech will also coordinate and oversee the work of outside contractors and the removal of snow and ice during winter months. Successful candidates must have the ability to work independently and multi-task efficiently. One year previous facilities maintenance experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.
Sale Day Drivers | Part-Time | Multiple Positions Available
This position is responsible for safely operating vehicles in support of Sale Day events. This includes driving assigned vehicles through the auction lanes as well as moving and parking vehicles on auction property. Although the driving distance isn’t long, the hazards of driving in close proximity to people and other vehicles requires focus and the ability to follow safety rules. A valid driver’s license and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

401(k) Retirement Plan
All employees age 18 years and older are eligible to participate after one year and 1,000 hours of employment. Employees are allowed to contribute from 1 to 100% gross salary. DAA will match dollar for dollar up to 4%.
