We are currently hiring for the following positions:

FULL-TIME POSITIONS

Experienced Auto Body Repair Tech | Full-Time | West Plains Location
This position is responsible for the repair of assigned vehicles including inspecting damaged vehicles, reviewing estimates, developing a repair plan for each vehicle, and completing all necessary repairs. A minimum of 2 years’ experience with demonstrated quality workmanship is required. Other duties may be assigned or requested to ensure a high level of productivity at all times. Candidates must supply their own tools and be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. A three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Entry Level Auto Body Repair Tech | Full-Time | West Plains Location
This position is responsible for the repair of assigned vehicles, according to manufacturer specifications and company standards, under the direct supervision of the Shop Manager. A minimum of 6 months’ experience with demonstrated quality workmanship is required. On the job training will be provided and more complex jobs will be issued as training progresses. Other duties may be assigned or requested to ensure a high level of productivity at all times. A valid driver’s license is required and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Paint Prepper | Full-Time | South Hill Location
The Paint/Prep position is responsible for all necessary preparation of vehicles for painting. Some removal and installation of moldings, handles, factory decals, etc. will be required in this position, along with preparing vehicles for the paint process including; masking, sanding, buffing, etc. Performs other duties as assigned or requested to ensure a top-level of productivity at all times. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in automobile paint prep and a successful work record with demonstrated excellent quality workmanship. A valid driver’s license is required and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Estimator | Full-Time | South Hill Location
The job of the Estimator is to provide a high level of service to customers through accurate and timely estimates on vehicle damage. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, writing timely, high quality, and complete estimates according to customer requirements. This position is the primary contact with our customers providing them with details of the repair such as cost and estimated time. Other duties include, but are not limited, to ordering and tracking all parts and sublet work on jobs, final bill reconciliation, and verification to assure all work was performed prior to vehicle delivery. Two to five years of previous auto body estimating experience is required. ASE, I-CAR, and Vendor certification and experience with CCC is preferred. Successful candidates will possess the ability to work in a time-sensitive, team environment. A valid driver’s license and a clean, three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Entry/Mid-Level Mechanic | Full-Time
This position is responsible for performing basic services on a variety of makes and models under the supervision of the Assistant Shop Manager. On the job training will be provided and more complex jobs will be issued as training progresses. This position will also perform safety inspections completely and accurately according to established safety inspection checklist. Successful candidates must have a history of excellent work attendance and a demonstrated attention to detail. A minimum of 6 months experience working in a lube or tire shop is preferred. Mechanical aptitude and your own tools are required, along with valid driver’s license and a clean three-year driving abstract.

Facilities Technician | Full-Time
The position is responsible for ensuring the DAA campus is maintained to the highest standards and that all building systems are operating as efficiently as possible in order to be inviting to all employees and customers. This includes performing preventative maintenance on all company equipment, conducting routine inspections of all building premises and equipment, daily inspection and maintenance of DAA’s car wash, lawn maintenance and care as well as removal of snow and ice during winter months as necessary. Successful candidates must have the ability to work independently and multi-task efficiently. Six months to 1 year of previous facilities maintenance experience is preferred. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. A three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Vehicle Processing Specialist | Full-Time
Our Vehicle Processing Specialists are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers, properly checking vehicles in and out of the auction, the accurate and timely recording of vehicles, efficiently and safely moving of vehicles as well as providing building and lot security. Successful candidates will possess basic PC skills, the ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills. A valid driver’s license is required and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position. This department operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Those who apply must be flexible and be available to work weekends.

Detail Specialist | Full-Time
We have openings for responsible, hardworking individuals, for the position of Detail Specialist. Successful candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, a history of excellent work attendance, and the ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work as part of a team in an assembly line environment. A three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Lot Support | Full-Time
This position assists with weekly lot set up; parking cars according to sales map; transporting vehicles between Check-In and various units of operation within DAA Northwest campus and helping with Sale Day operations. Troubleshoot vehicle problems, call for gas truck, jump batteries, and ensure all vehicles start and run. Requirements for this position include; a valid clean driver’s license, the ability to read and understand a lot map, good customer service skills, and the ability to work as a team. Candidates must also be able to operate automatic as well as manual transmission vehicles, be able to drive and work in adverse weather conditions, get into and out of vehicles with relative ease, and walk and/or stand for long periods of time.

PART-TIME POSITIONS

Sale Day Drivers | Sale Day Only | Multiple Positions Available
This position is responsible for safely operating vehicles in support of Sale Day events. This includes driving assigned vehicles through the auction lanes as well as moving and parking vehicles on auction property. Although the driving distance isn’t long, the hazards of driving in close proximity to people and other vehicles requires focus and the ability to follow safety rules. A valid driver’s license and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position. Schedule is every Thursday, and one Wednesday per month.
