We are currently hiring for the following positions:


Listing Representative | Full-Time
THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED IN TRI-CITIES: Our Listing Reps are responsible for providing outstanding customer service by conducting vehicle inspections and completing vehicle condition reports on-site at our customers’ dealerships. The inspection and reporting process includes taking multiple photos of each vehicle to assess the overall condition of the vehicle and identify any damage. Reports are submitted electronically using a company-issued smartphone. Our reps will also build, enhance and nurture customer relationships to maintain customer loyalty and increase the volume of vehicle inspections. This is a field-based position and is performed mostly outside in all weather conditions. Daily travel to and from franchise and independent dealerships is required in order to complete the condition reporting process. We are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn to join our growing field team. Successful candidates will own a reliable vehicle, be punctual, dependable and possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills. Previous auto body, paint or mechanical knowledge is preferred. A background check, as permitted by law, a valid driver’s license and a clean three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Accounting Specialist | Full-Time
The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Accounting Department by accurately and efficiently completing duties as assigned, and to provide administrative support to the Vice President of Finance in an efficient, confidential manner. The Accounting Specialist is responsible for accurately daily posting of all bank deposits and issuing consignor checks utilizing QuickBooks, reconciling assigned balance sheet accounts at the end of each accounting month and other accounting duties as assigned when the individual responsible for such duties is absent. Successful candidates will have 2-3 years of administrative experience, proficiency in QuickBooks, the ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills. Demonstrated organizational and customer service skills are required. A valid driver’s license is required and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Arbitration Assistant | Full-Time
The purpose of the Arbitration Assistant position is to support the efficiency of the Arbitration Department by providing a high level of service to internal and external customers. Duties of this position include contacting service facilities to arrange repair work, tracking vehicles and arranging transport, processing invoices, posting charges and other job duties as assigned to promote optimum service levels. Exceptional customer service skills, both in-person and on the phone are essential, along with the ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor while working in a very fast-paced, high volume environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year’s experience in an office setting with skills including personal computer, Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook), 10-key, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience working in the automotive is a plus. A background, credit check, and MVR will be run for this position.

Lot Crew | Full-Time
This position assists with weekly lot set up; parking cars according to sales map; transporting vehicles between Check-In and various units of operation within DAA Northwest campus and helping with Sale Day operations. Troubleshoot vehicle problems, call for gas truck, jump batteries, and ensure all vehicles start and run. Requirements for this position include; a valid clean driver’s license, the ability to read and understand a lot map, good customer service skills, and the ability to work as a team. Candidates must also be able to operate automatic as well as manual transmission vehicles, be able to drive and work in adverse weather conditions, get into and out of vehicles with relative ease, and walk and/or stand for long periods of time. A valid driver’s license and three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Detail Specialist | Full-Time | DAY SHIFT
We have openings for responsible, hardworking individuals, for the position of Detail Specialist. Successful candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, a history of excellent work attendance, and the ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work as part of a team in an assembly line environment. A three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Auto Body Repair Tech | Full-Time
This position is responsible for the repair of assigned vehicles including inspecting damaged vehicles, reviewing estimates, developing a repair plan for each vehicle, and completing all necessary repairs. A minimum of 2 years’ experience with demonstrated quality workmanship is required. Also, you must provide your own tools. Other duties may be assigned or requested to ensure a high level of productivity at all times. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. A three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.


Sale Day Drivers | Sale Day Only | Multiple Positions Available
This position is responsible for safely operating vehicles in support of Sale Day events. This includes driving assigned vehicles through the auction lanes as well as moving and parking vehicles on auction property. Although the driving distance isn’t long, the hazards of driving in close proximity to people and other vehicles requires focus and the ability to follow safety rules. A valid driver’s license and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position. The schedule is every Thursday, and one Wednesday per month.
