Estimator | Full-Time | South Hill Location
The job of the estimator is to provide a high level of service to customers through accurate and timely estimates on vehicle damage. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, writing timely, high quality, and complete estimates according to customer requirements. This position is the primary contact with our customers providing them with details of the repair such as cost and estimated time. Other duties include, but are not limited, to ordering and tracking all parts and sublet work on jobs, final bill reconciliation, and verification to assure all work was performed prior to vehicle delivery. Two to five years of previous auto body estimating is required. ASE, I-CAR, and Vendor certification and experience with CCC is preferred. Successful candidates will possess the ability to work in a time-sensitive, team environment. A valid driver’s license and a clean, three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Condition Report Writer | Full-Time
DAA Northwest recruiting for the position of Condition Report Writer. This position is responsible for providing accurate and timely reporting of vehicle condition by noting broken or missing components, cosmetic damages, vehicle options, a vehicle condition grade, and tire sizing/tread depth. CR Writers prepare and submit a report of vehicle condition and repair/replacement cost estimates utilizing a company-issued device similar to a small tablet. Also performs other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels. This job is performed mostly outside in all weather conditions and requires standing and walking on asphalt surface for long periods of time. Successful candidates will possess a passion for cars, high attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills. Previous experience estimating auto body damage or performing mechanical diagnostics is strongly preferred. A valid driver’s license and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Vehicle Processing Specialist | Full-Time
Our Vehicle Processing Specialists are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers, properly checking vehicles in and out of the auction, the accurate and timely recording of vehicles, efficiently and safely moving of vehicles as well as providing building and lot security. Successful candidates will possess basic PC skills, the ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills. A valid driver’s license is required and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position. This department operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Those who apply must be flexible and be available to work weekends.


Sale Day Drivers | Sale Day Only | Multiple Positions Available
This position is responsible for safely operating vehicles in support of Sale Day events. This includes driving assigned vehicles through the auction lanes as well as moving and parking vehicles on auction property. Although the driving distance isn’t long, the hazards of driving in close proximity to people and other vehicles requires focus and the ability to follow safety rules. A valid driver’s license and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position. Schedule is every Thursday, and one Wednesday per month.
