We are currently hiring for the following positions:

DAY SHIFT POSITIONS

CR Writer | Full-Time
DAA Northwest recruiting for the position of Condition Report Writer. This position involves visually evaluating the exterior of a vehicle for paint and body, frame/unibody, and mechanical damage, along with visually evaluating the interior of a vehicle for damage, accurately noting both exterior and interior damage using a handheld PC tablet, photograph vehicle and damaged areas, generate body and mechanical repair estimates to submit for authorization, and track each vehicle received to ensure the inspection is completed within 48 hours. Also performs other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels. This job is performed mostly outside in all weather conditions and requires standing and walking on asphalt surface for long periods of time. Some automotive knowledge is preferred. A valid, clean driving record is required.

Title Clerk | Full-Time
DAA is currently hiring a full-time Title Clerk. 1–2 years of previous vehicle title experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be detail oriented with strong clerical skills and the willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Exceptional customer service skills are required, along with the ability to research, validate, and transfer vehicle titles from all 50 states. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years office experience. Office skills including personal computer, Microsoft products (Word for Windows, Excel, Outlook), 10-key and the ability to operate other office equipment is also required.

Entry-Level Maintenance Tech | Full-Time
The position is responsible for ensuring the DAA campus is maintained to the highest standards and that all building systems are operating as efficiently as possible in order to be inviting to all employees and customers. This includes installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems processes. Successful candidates must have the ability to work independently and multi-task efficiently. Six months to 1 year of previous facilities maintenance experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Detail Specialists | Full-Time | Multiple Positions Available
We have openings for responsible, hardworking individuals, for the position of Detail Specialist. Successful candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, a history of excellent work attendance, and the ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work as part of a team in an assembly line environment. A three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Paint/Prep | Full-Time | West Plains Location
The Paint/Prep position is responsible for all necessary preparation of vehicles for painting. Some removal and installation of moldings, handles, factory decals, etc. will be required in this position, along with determining a plan in preparation for the paint process including; masking, sanding, buffing, etc. Performs other duties as assigned or requested to ensure a top level of productivity at all times. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in automobile paint prep and a successful work record with demonstrated excellent quality workmanship. A valid driver’s license is required and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

NIGHT SHIFT POSITIONS

Detail Specialists | Full-Time | Multiple Positions Available
This shift is from 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday – Thursday.
We have openings for responsible, hardworking individuals, for the position of Detail Specialist. Successful candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, a history of excellent work attendance, and the ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work as part of a team in an assembly line environment. A three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Detail Lot Support | Full-Time
This shift is from 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday – Thursday.
This position supports the Detail Department by safely and efficiently moving vehicles, controlling the flow of vehicles to/from Detail, and locating vehicles on the lot. Successful candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, a history of excellent work attendance, and the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. A three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.

PART-TIME POSITIONS

Block Clerk | Part-Time | Multiple Positions Available
This position is responsible for recording and verifying information, processing documents and providing customer service and auctioneer support during and after sales of vehicles up for auction. The successful candidate will have at least one year of previous clerical, office and/or customer service experience and possess the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced, high energy environment.

Sale Day Drivers | Part-Time | Multiple Positions Available
This position is responsible for safely operating vehicles in support of Sale Day events. This includes driving assigned vehicles through the auction lanes as well as moving and parking vehicles on auction property. Although the driving distance isn’t long, the hazards of driving in close proximity to people and other vehicles requires focus and the ability to follow safety rules. A valid driver’s license and a three-year driving abstract will be required for this position.
