MAG offers a competitive benefit package to provide a sense of safety and security to employees and their families.

Medical, Dental, & Life Insurance

Our comprehensive package includes medical, dental and life insurance with the employee’s premium paid by MAG. Regular full-time employees (working 30 hours a week or more) are eligible to participate.

401(k) Retirement Plan

All employees age 18 years and older are eligible to participate after one year and 1,000 hours of employment. Employees are allowed to contribute from 1 to 100% gross salary. MAG will match dollar for dollar up to 4%.

Employee Assistance Program

Employees and their families have 24-hour access to the professional assistance they need, whether it is for work or home. This includes legal counsel, psychiatric, and eldercare referral.

Paid Holidays & Vacation

MAG employees enjoy six paid holidays per year in addition to paid vacation days based on years of service with the company.

Employee Recognition

MAG considers recognition important to the success of the company and the individual employee. We hold a quarterly breakfast meeting that includes department and individual recognition on a larger scale. Employee meals, barbecues and invitations to participate in customer promotions such as DAA’s annual Rock & Roll Sale allow us the opportunity to sale “Thanks for all your hard work!”

Daycare & Medical Reimbursement Accounts (Flexible Spending Accounts)

MAG’s dependent care and medical reimbursement accounts are used to reduce taxable wages while paying for daycare, elder care or to pay for qualifying medical expenses not covered by health insurance.

This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
