We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Detail Specialists | Full-Time | Multiple Positions Available
DAA Northwest has openings for responsible, hardworking individuals, for the position of Detail Specialist. Successful candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, a history of excellent work attendance, and the ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work as part of a team in an assembly line environment. A three year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Paint/Prep | Full-Time | West Plains Location
The Paint/Prep position is responsible for all necessary preparation of vehicles for painting. Some removal and installation of moldings, handles, factory decals, etc. will be required in this position, along with determining a plan in preparation for the paint process including; masking, sanding, buffing, etc. Performs other duties as assigned or requested to ensure a top level of productivity at all times. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in automobile paint prep and a successful work record with demonstrated excellent quality workmanship. A valid driver’s license is required and a three year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Estimator | Full-Time | West Plains Location
The job of the Estimator is to provide a high level of service to customers through accurate and timely estimates on vehicle damage. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, writing timely, high quality, and complete estimates according to customer requirements. This position is the primary contact with our customers providing them with details of the repair such as cost and estimated time. Other duties include, but are not limited, to ordering and tracking all parts and sublet work on jobs, final bill reconciliation and verification to assure all work was performed prior to vehicle delivery. Two to five years of experience in an auto body shop is required. ASE, I-CAR, and Vendor certification and experience with CCC is preferred. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work in a time sensitive, team environment. A valid driver’s license, with a good driving history is required for this position.

Sale Day Drivers | Part-Time | Multiple Positions Available
This position is responsible for safely operating vehicles in support of Sale Day events. This includes driving assigned vehicles through the auction lanes as well as moving and parking vehicles on auction property. Although the driving distance isn’t long, the hazards of driving in close proximity to people and other vehicles requires focus and the ability to follow safety rules. A valid driver’s license and a three year driving abstract will be required for this position.

Medical/Dental/Life Insurance
Our comprehensive package includes medical, dental and life insurance with the employee’s premium paid by DAA. Regular full-time employees (working 30 hours a week or more) are eligible to participate.

All employees age 18 years and older are eligible to participate after one year and 1,000 hours of employment. Employees are allowed to contribute from 1 to 100% gross salary. DAA will match dollar for dollar up to 4%.
